Designed to provide full-radius bell mouth performance where conventional velocity stacks simply won't fit. This design has been tried and tested for several years on our own competition engines, giving us complete confidence in its durability and performance in demanding motorsport environments.
Our Weber DCOE 45 Short Velocity Stack has been developed for those who demand more than the generic 3D printed plastic or overpriced lesser quality aluminum alternatives currently available.
Featuring a carefully engineered elliptical full-radius bellmouth, industrial Nylon 12 SLS construction, and a professionally finished surface, this is a premium induction component designed with performance in mind.
The foundation of this design is its elliptical full-radius entry profile, created to provide the smoothest possible airflow transition into the carburettor throat.
Unlike basic straight-cut, sharp-edged or poorly formed velocity stacks, the full-radius bell mouth promotes cleaner airflow and reduced turbulence at the carburettor entry, helping to promote smooth, consistent airflow into the carburettor throat.
Advanced Nylon 12 SLS Construction
Manufactured using industrial Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology, each velocity stack is 99.8% dense and produced from high-performance Nylon 12, a material widely used in demanding engineering and motorsport OEM applications.
